To insert an image as a picture, go to the Pictures/Clipart panel on the left and click on My Pictures. This will open the familiar Windows browse dialog which has two main parts: Favorite Links and Folders on the left, and the file listings on the right. Browse using the panel on the left or the Look In location at the top, to the folder that contains the image you would like to use. Select it and hit OK.
