Trouble installing SureThing?

Try running the program installation in Safe Mode if you are experiencing difficulty with the install.

  1. To do this, power on or restart the computer.
  2. During the memory Check in Command Prompt, press the F8 key repeatedly until you receive a menu that allows you to boot up in Safe Mode.
  3. While in Safe Mode try running the SureThing program installation.
  4. Restart normally and run SureThing.
