Select your disc printer from the list below. If your printer is not present, choose Configure Manually and use Options in the printer dialog to configure your printer.

Explanation:

If you have a CD/DVD Direct to Disc Printer template selected, but you do not have the printer driver to match, then SureThing will show this message in an attempt to fix the problem.

Options:

1. Select from one of the printers in the list (if available).
2. Click Configure Manually. Select your printer, and click on Options. You will need to set your printer driver manually in here. Every manufacturer is different but we do provide FAQ topics tailored for many manufacturers. Please read the appropriate FAQ for further help. Once set, click OK, and Print.
3. Click Check for Updates. We add printers all the time, and chances are you may just need the latest update.
4. If you do not see your printer listed and the above doesn't fix the issue, then please let us know.
