"The file associations for...have been lost or changed. Do you want the file associations set back to their default value? Don't ask me again. Yes or No."

This can happen for a couple reasons. What it means is more than one application (most likely ours) is trying to open or use the file extension.

Easy. Check the box that says Don't ask me again and click Yes.
