How to troubleshoot printing issues, by printing to PDF (from a 3rd party program)?

You can Export the entire label sheet, or print job to PDF, by going to the File menu, Print, and click the PDF button. Try printing this file from Adobe Acrobat to a label sheet, and see what happens.
Note: Make sure there is no scaling turned on in your PDF viewer application and that the printing is set to 100%. Your exact software may look different than the following:
