Controlled Folder Access w/Windows Defender prevents SureThing from accessing files/folders.

Error(s) such as "An error occurred while trying to create a file in the destination directory" and "The Name of the file can not be resolved by the system" can be caused by Windows Defender blocking SureThing.
To fix this - turn it off, or allow SureThing access. To turn off Controlled Folder Access, please check below.

- Select Start > Settings .
- Choose Update & security > Windows Defender.
- Select Open Windows Defender Security Center.
- Select Virus & threat protection, and then choose Virus & threat protection settings.
- Under Controlled folder access, turn it off.
